Solution: Create local AYL programs (Sumatra and Java) involving "dershane" to recruit new students and enhance our students' leadership abilities. The target students are all high school students, especially 11th and 12th graders in Indonesia.

Solution: Implement stricter gadget restrictions. Organize a special seminar on wiser gadget use. Establish shared rules with partner schools regarding gadget usage.

  1. Issues related to LGBTQ and bullying.

Solution: Conduct offline seminars on LGBTQ and bullying, inviting experts in these fields. Collaborate with relevant government agencies and directly consult with experts.

Solution: First, identify students' interests and talents. Consult with subject teachers regarding students' academic progress. Conduct more regular one-on-one sessions, focusing more on their goals.

    • Morning Routines: Implement morning prayers (student-led), homeroom teacher prayers for students, and 30 minutes of morning literacy.
