  • Materials: Reflections section from page 18-19.
  • Instruction: Homeroom teacher can make lesson plan based on the materials in the book.

Pre-activity (mini game)

Pass the Kindness

  • How it works:
    • Students sit in a circle. One student starts by saying something generous they could do (e.g., “I can help my classmate with math”).
    • Then they toss a ball to another student, who shares their idea.
    • Keep going until everyone has shared.
  • Variation: Turn it into a challenge: “No one can repeat the same idea.”

Journaling activity (write it down on your notebook):

  • Do you think generosity always involves giving money or things? Why or why not?
  • Write about a time when someone helped you. How did it make you feel?
  • Have you ever regretted helping someone? Why do you think that happened?
  • If everyone in the world practiced generosity every day, what would change in our communities?
  • Who is the most generous person you know? What makes them generous in your eyes?
